2002 Giro d’Italia: Was actually going to look for this shot the other day. Epic freaking crash, and Tyler pops back up and gets back on the bike. Supposedly the mechanic had removed every third tooth on the pawls to make the bike lighter removed 3 of the 6 pawls in the freewheel to reduce drag. Tyler seemed to lose all contact in the freewheel at high speed. That worked well.
